About Us
Full Circle Marketing and Design is a Grand Rapids based marketing communications and graphic design firm started in 2001. We are a mid-sized agency that has the resources to service Fortune 500 clients, yet the agility to respond to immediate needs that arise. Our ten person team consists of graphic designers, a copywriter, branding and marketing strategists and a project manager. This gives us the talent to attack any project, but a billing and overhead structure more cost effective than large agencies.
As important as design is, everything starts with the right strategy. Full Circle has knowledgeable marketing professionals who have worked in a variety of industries and in marketing research and corporate communication roles. This allows us to better understand our client’s needs and marketing initiatives before recommending tactics or designing materials. Developing the appropriate marketing strategies and utilizing the right tactics is the most important part of the game. And we understand that.
While we have the creative skills needed to get the job done, we feel our real separation lies in our approach to every challenge. When needed, we start a project by developing the right game plan, and execute each facet of the creative process with the end goal in sight. We also pride ourselves in excellent project management and production expertise. This makes projects go faster and smoother, saving you both time and money.
As you will see from the creative highlights, we have assembled a talented team of designers, writers and strategists. Their backgrounds range from international advertising agencies to decades of running their own design businesses. But the one thing they all have in common is they know how to effectively communicate the right message that resonates with your target audience.
Our Philosophy
At Full Circle Marketing and Design we think there’s a difference between communication and persuasion. It’s the difference between merely having your message noticed, and having it embraced and acted upon. Between striking a chord and having it resonate.
We believe that every product or service has one simple truth. Our job is to figure it out and tell everyone about it. We define what makes you unique, what differentiates you from the rest of the field. We present those distinguishing qualities in ways that mean something to your market and that make you stand out from “the other guys.” It’s the process of coming full circle. To realize that marketing or design is not about you, it’s definitely not about us, but rather it’s about your customer and their preconceptions, needs and beliefs.
