Universal Forest Products (UFP) is a provider of wood-based products for homes, commercial buildings, and municipalities around the world. UFP had identified a new strategy for educating youth who may not be interested in attending college. In doing so, they created an environment for hands-on learning and long-term career opportunities with UFP. The two-year educational work program placed recent graduates in apprentice-like positions and upon completion, participants would be offered a full-time job. Full Circle created a youthful, more playful visual brand and targeted messaging to appeal to this generation. The result: a dynamic brand that generated interest in working for the wood manufacturer.
