Assist in traditional media buys (e.g., Out of Home, TV, Radio, Print) across local and regional markets.
- Media Team Project Management: Drive internal media team project management by building timelines, tracking key milestones, managing task delegation, and ensuring deliverables are met efficiently across all active media accounts.
- Technical Setup & Measurement: Handle technical campaign setup, including tracking tags, website pixels, Google Tag Manager implementation, and asset trafficking.
- Analytics & Performance: Track, analyze, and report campaign KPIs, turning raw analytics into clear, actionable client recommendations and performance narratives.
- Budget & Administrative Management: Manage client budgets, pacing, and vendor billing to ensure fiscal accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal Account, Project Management, Creative, and Web teams to ensure media plans, creative specs, landing pages, and tracking align with campaign strategy and timelines.
- Proactive Industry Monitoring: Stay current on digital industry shifts, privacy updates, algorithm changes, and emerging channel opportunities including AI.

- Technical Implementation: Hands-on experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager) and tracking pixel implementation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with high proficiency in spreadsheet programs, analytics tools, and campaign databases to build clear reporting narratives.
- Proactive Project Management: Proven ability to act as a proactive self-starter within a team setting—anticipating workflow bottlenecks, prioritizing complex tasks, enforcing processes, and keeping media initiatives on schedule.
